Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Summer Project. By visiting the Store or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We make every effort to display our products and their colors, dimensions, and features accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display is exact. Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders affected by a pricing or listing error, and orders for items that become unavailable. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Our products are recreational items intended to be used as described on each product page, including any stated age recommendations. Adult supervision is required for products used by children. Water toys are not life-saving devices and must never be used as flotation safety equipment. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse of products.
