Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes that carriers cannot service, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping cost. Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders — no minimum.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from the date your order ships. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses, which keeps prices low but means delivery takes longer than domestic retail shipping. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of placing your order. Tracking may take an additional 1–2 days to show its first scan.
Delays. Occasionally, carrier issues or high demand can cause delays beyond our estimates. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
Lost packages. If your package is lost in transit, we’ve got you covered — we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible; we can usually correct it if the order hasn’t been processed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us anyway — we’ll do what we can.
Multiple items. Items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won’t pay extra shipping.
