At Summer Project, every order is covered by our 7-Day Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right β your choice of a full refund or a free replacement.

How to make a claim
1. Email us at summerproject.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Photos are required for all claims.
3. Weβll respond within 1β2 business days. If your claim is approved, you choose: a full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement shipped at no cost.
No return shipping required. You do not need to ship anything back to us. Approved claims are resolved based on your photos β keep or dispose of the item as you prefer.
Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3β5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Lost or undelivered packages. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order never arrives, contact us β weβll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
