We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement.

How it works

  1. Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. For damaged or defective items, include a photo — that's all we need. No return shipping required.
  3. For other returns, we'll send you return instructions. Items should be unused and in original packaging.
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice. You keep the original item; no need to ship anything back.

Lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window on our Shipping & Delivery page and tracking shows no movement, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it. After that, orders enter fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
